As the days get longer and we head towards summer, the Blenheim Palace food festival is once again on the horizon. The 3-day celebration, running from Saturday, May 24th to Monday, May 26th, 2025, will feature a celebration of food, fun and entertainment with Michelin-star masterclasses and talented local artisans and gourmet stallholders bringing fresh flavours from around the world to the grounds of Blenheim.
Alongside the wide variety of food and drink, there will be stalls packed with home accessories, gifts and crafts.
Returning to the Blenheim Food Festival for the 11th year, Raymond Blanc will headline, alongside TikTok sensation Thomas Straker and food critic and cookery book author Melissa Hemsley, in the Festival Kitchen.
Straker, a classically trained chef, has worked in top London kitchens, such as The Dorchester, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and Elystan Street, before becoming a social media hit with his cooking videos in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. Since then, he has reached new heights, opening a restaurant in Notting Hill which celebrates simple seasonal foods, and has started a butter brand, All Things Butter, following the success of his butter-based recipe series.

Melissa Hemsley began her food career as a private chef, catering for actors and musicians, before changing tack and becoming a food writer. As well as writing for The Telegraph and Vogue, Hemsley has written and co-written six bestselling books. Her most recent book, entitled Real Healthy, is full of everyday recipes to help people learn to change their diets to include more whole foods.
In addition to enjoying delicious foods from around the world, there will also be some great drinks and wines to try. Enjoy a glass of something chilled from festival sponsor Woodchester Valley Wines in the English Wine Garden, where drinks experts will be on hand to talk wine with.
